Where’s My Download?

All PhotographyBB Marketplace products are digitally delivered in two ways. Once your purchase has been completed, we will email you a receipt that includes a download link to your purchases. Additionally, your purchases are saved in your PhotographyBB Marketplace account profile, and are accessible in the “Downloads” section of your My Account Page. That means recovering your downloads in the future is easy as pie!

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. However, we also want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact us and we will do everything we can to give you first-class service and an exceptional experience with PhotographyBB Marketplace. Courses are available for download to computers, while also being offered in streaming format for mobile devices so that you can access your course materials anytime on your mobile devices including smartphones and tablets.

Once your purchase is complete, your products will be digitally delivered nearly instantly. In some rare cases, there may be up to a one-hour delay.

If your download links do not appear in your email account within minutes after your purchase has been completed, please take a peek inside your email account’s junk or spam folder as sometimes emails from shopping carts (such as ours) are inadvertently filtered into spam or junk boxes by mistake.
