It was brought to the attention of Adobe, by some Photoshop Express members that the wording the Adobe’s Terms and Conditions were causing some contraversy. The wording as it stands appears to give Adobe the right to re-use and license images which have been uploaded by members to public areas of the site. Adobe is addressing this concern and has released this statement to reassure it’s members:

We reviewed the terms in context of your comments – and we agree that it currently implies things we would never do with the content.
