Product Review: Nikon Lenspen

If there’s one accessory in the world that I carry with my camera at ALL TIMES, it’s the Nikon Lenspen. In fact, I actually own two of them (since I have a small camera bag, and a large one) of which I keep one of these handy tools in each bag. The Lenspen is extremely easy to use, and comes in handy so many times when I’m shooting in areas of dust especially. Recently, I was shooting in Hong Kong at a temple where they were burning incense inside. When I came back out, my whole camera was covered in little specks of ash, and luckily I had my trusty lenspen to brush away the dust from not only the camera body, but the lens too.

The soft tip has a unique cleaning compound which will not spill or dry out, and it is safe for all optical lenses including multicoated surfaces. If you get a nasty unintentional fingerprint (or little drops from “blowing” the dust off your lens), you can quickly clean fingerprints, smudges, grease marks and dust off lens surface.

For the price of this masterpiece, you really can’t go wrong, and it really saves time and frustration if your lens gets dirty during a shoot. I have to give this one two thumbs up and a 5 star rating from PhotographyBB.
