The Nikon Lenspen: An Essential for Every Photographer’s Gearbag.
Recently in the forums, I wrote about how the LensPen is my favourite photographic accessory. If there’s one accessory in the world that I carry with my camera at ALL TIMES, it’s the Nikon Lenspen. In fact, I actually own two of them (since I have a small camera bag, and a large one) of which I keep one of these handy tools in each bag. The Lenspen is extremely easy to use, and has come in handy on almost every single shoot, in removing dust that gathers from photowalking without your lenscap on. The retractable brush slides out, dusts off any particles on your lens/filter, you’re shooting again in seconds.
The soft tip has a unique cleaning compound which will not spill or dry out, and it is safe for all optical lenses including multicoated surfaces. If you get a nasty unintentional fingerprint (or little drops from “blowing” the dust off your lens), you can quickly clean fingerprints, smudges, grease marks and dust off lens surface.
For the price of this masterpiece, you really can’t go wrong, and it really saves time and frustration if your lens gets dirty during a shoot. I have to give this one two thumbs up and a 5 star rating from PhotographyBB.
