Adobe Releases Web-Based Photoshop Express

Just announced, today Adobe releases the latest and greatest: Web-Based Photoshop Express! It’s not the typical “online” version of Photoshop that a lot of folks were expecting, but this one looks like a knockout, and is sure setting the stage to be the standard for the future of web-based applications.
